i couldn't find the media streaming option in network and sharing
It is possible that your Media Feature was disabled, hence the missing option for streaming.
Here's how you can check:
Control Panel > click on Programs > Program and Features > Turn Windows features on or off (Located in the left pane of the window.) > Media Features (Make sure the check box for Media Feature is ticked.) > OK
